    By accessing, browsing, or using DomainPal's website, mobile application, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

    We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

    2. Description of Services

    DomainPal provides domain registration, management, and related services including:

    Core Services

    • Domain name registration and renewal
    • Domain transfer services
    • DNS management and hosting
    • WHOIS privacy protection

    Additional Services

    • Email hosting and management
    • SSL certificates
    • Domain marketplace and auctions

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice, subject to applicable refund policies.

    3. Account Registration and Security

    Account Requirements

    • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
    • You must promptly update any changes to your account information

    Account Security

    You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    4. Payment and Billing

    • • Automatic renewal for domain registrations

    Refund Policy

    Domain registrations may be refunded within 5 days of registration if the domain has not been used and no third-party costs have been incurred. Other services have varying refund policies detailed in your service agreement.

    5. Domain Registration

    Registration Process

    Domain registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee domain availability until payment is processed and the registration is confirmed.

    Important Domain Policies

    • • All domain registrations are subject to registry policies and ICANN requirements
    • • You must provide accurate WHOIS information and keep it updated
    • • Domain names cannot be used for illegal activities or spam
    • • Expired domains may be subject to redemption fees
    • • Transfer locks may apply to newly registered or transferred domains

    Domain Ownership and Rights

    You acknowledge that domain registration does not grant ownership of the domain name, but rather a license to use the domain name during the registration period, subject to the policies of the applicable registry and ICANN.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to use our services for any of the following prohibited activities:

    The DomainPal service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DomainPal, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

    9. Disclaimers

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

    We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMAINPAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

    Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Arbitration

    Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

    14. General Provisions

    Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DomainPal.

    Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
